Milestones
2017
- February: Provisioning freeze at 60 Oxford St. data center
- February: "Cloud First" policy goes into effect
- March: HUIT budget consolidation and freeze
- April: Migrate enterprise apps (PeopleSoft and Oracle Financials) to the Cloud, improving time-to-recovery from months to hours
- May: Form Application Portfolio Teams, and add AWS and Enquizit migration resources to increase velocity
2018
- December: All HUIT applications migrated from 60 Oxford St. to the Cloud
2019
- May/June: All non-HUIT applications and infrastructure moved out of the 60 Oxford Street data center
- June: Relocate the network core
- June 30: Close 60 Oxford Street data center
